VRI offers versatility for meetings of a shorter nature and last minute requests where getting an interpreter on site is not feasible. A remotely located interpreter can provide convenient services between Deaf patients and Hearing clinicians in the same room. Tutoring sessions that faculty schedule with their Deaf students are ideal for VRI. This technology also allows two interpreters to work as a team on the same call.

- For clients needing a secure solution, we also provide a HIPAA-compliant video interpreting platform designed for confidentiality and ease of use. Video Remote Intelligence™ seamlessly integrates with our online booking and scheduling system. This allows our clients to initiate VRI sessions from their Client Portal that is password protected. This can be accessed and managed successfully on any computer operating system.
